What is the best time to work out?
If you are planning to join, we recommend coming to visit at the time you plan on working out. This will give you the best picture of what you will see while you are here. We do not have a waiting list for our cardio equipment because it is simply not needed. However, you may see more people in our facility mid-morning due to physical therapy.
Can someone help me get started?
Yes. We offer a free weight room orientation to all of our new members. We give you a complete work out on our weight training equipment, making sure that you know how to operate the equipment on your own. You need to schedule an appointment with our front desk, as this takes over an hour to complete.
What should I wear to workout?
For our pool, you should wear appropriate swimwear, t-shirt, or shorts so that you feel comfortable and not constrained. For our gym, you should wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Tank tops should be fitted, and you should avoid open-toed shoes and sandals.
 How do I sign in?
Once you have completed your membership agreement, you will receive a membership card in about 2 weeks. Until you receive your card, you should sign in at the desk as a 'new member.' After you receive your card, you must scan your card before entering the pool or gym.
What do you provide to me?
We provide a locker room for pool and gym, showers, locks, daily lockers, drinks for purchase, hand towels to wipe off machines, AM/FM radio with headphones (2 only), HR monitors (2 only).
 Can I bring a friend?
You may invite a friend or family member to use the pool or fitness center for one visit if they meet the proper age and health requirements. A guest form must be completed before participating. Guest passes must be purchased if coming for more than 1 visit.

If I need to cancel, what do I do?
In order to cancel your membership, you must come in person to the fitness center to fill out a cancellation form. Your membership will be cancelled 30 days from the date the form is completed. If a draft normally falls within the 30 days, it will be drafted as scheduled.

You are able to use any equipment kept around the outside of the pool. However, we do ask that you are respectful and place the equipment back where you found it once you have finished your workout.
